im worried about my baby

alicia is 18 months old she keeps headbutting the doors walls and laminate flooring im worried shes gonna do some damage soon hv suggesteted put her in her playpen when she does it stop her harming herself then she just tries to throw herself out over the top she wont settle at night and wakes every morning from between 4-5am shes a nightmare eater wont sit still for a minite on the go 24/7 hv says toddlers do this ive told her straight im not having it my baby shouldnt do this its not normal my other children are 12 and 15 yes there special needs but they never done this so now shes suggested no juice or crisps do diary for a week writing down how many times she whacks her head then she will do a referral hope im wrong but i dont think this right

no juice or crisps ,
and in a playpen all day ,
no exercise for alicia if in pen ,

sorry to say this but your hv sounds rubbish, yes agree keep a diary on her behaviours but you cant keep her away from juice etc, i do agree if you hv dont help then have a chat with your dr.

doctor shit waste of time told me toddlers do this if she no better in month taker her back 2 days ago alicia threw herself on tv casbinet slit above her eyebrow all swollen bruising up i so gunna f ...ng lose it soon
