Hoping & praying my boiler is fixed today after over a week.

I have the boiler man here now for the third time trying to fix my boiler. Ive had a week without hot water & just an oil filled radiator & small heater to warm the house. Its a bloody nightmare! Its really not looking hopeful at all.

Unfortunately the British Gas engineer decided there was nothing more he could do & refused to ring Ravenheat about fixing their rubbish boiler. After he left I rang them myself & they refuse to fix their own products after warranty. Rang British Gas again, spoke to v helpful man who reassured me they would sort it. Then engineer rang to basically wash his hands of me & tell me to buy a new boiler. I asked him to call ravenheat because they wont deal with me & he eventualy agreed. Last thing that happened was he left a message on my phone to say he was speaking to his TSM ? ? had spoken to ravenheat, ordered some parts & would be round before 1pm tomorrow. Will have to see what happens then.

Just had another bucket wash in my freezing bathroom. I really hope it gets sorted soon, its a nightmare. 8 days now with no boiler!!

Boiler still not fixed!! Waiting in AGAIN!!! 5th time now, in hope that it will be fixed today. Appointment is between 8 & 1pm & im still waiting. Hope they turn up, unlike friday when my neighbour waited in my house for over 4 hours & they didnt show.

Im hoping the boiler is now fixed at the 6th attempt. Thought it was after the 5th one on tuesday but it buggered up again last night. Fingers crossed its sorted now & will be good for a few years for me.
