| Hi I am Clare, I am from Preston in Lancashire
I am a mum of 3 children, Aimie 9, Liam 8 and Jay 2.
Liam has ADHD and takes Ritalin 3 times a day. He also has Epilepsy and takes Tegretol twice a day.
Life is a constant struggle and I dont know how we cope some days. Liams behaviour is very bad at school and he has a 1-2-1 as he couldnt cope in mainstream school without it, he has emotional problems and low self esteem.
I would love to talk or meet up with other parents of children with ADHD as there are no support groups in my area.
I some-times feel that no-one understands my situation so I can feel isolated at times.

i have a 10yr old brother jack who has adhd, im anths daughter, i also have a son callled owen who is 3 and its not easy having my brother an son together all the time as jack, can become very aggressive and just flip out, so its hard to try and remind hime that he has to be patient wiv owen as he is still only little and still learning. we had an incident the other nite were jack was goin for my other brother wiv a knive so its hard to deal wiv these things in different situations but we are not alone with things like this | |
