Hi

Does anyone have any experience of the tribunal process and any positive outcomes etc
Our tribunal date (for transport) is Nov 4th. Our LEA are refusing to provide transport because there is another (very inferior) special school 1 mile closer. This has been going on since Feb and I think our only option is tribunal. We have submitted everything etc
Has anybody postponed their child from starting school until after tribunal?
It has been suggested that a chat with the local press might cause enough bad publicity that the LEA will reverse the decision -is this an option anybody else has used? I'm worried it will go against us further down the line.
It is so confusing!!!

Thanks
